SEPTEMBER 17 AND 18, THE FIRST SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL SEMINAR FOR BRACHYTHERAPY PLANNING WAS HELD AT THE P.A. HERZEN MOSCOW ONCOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE

September 17 and 18, the first scientific and practical seminar for brachytherapy planning was held at the P.A. Herzen Moscow Oncology Research Institute: “The use of modern PSID 4.1 software in conducting brachytherapy for prostate cancer”.
The scientific and practical seminar was attended by experts from Moscow, Obninsk, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Samara and Ufa medical centers, as well as a group of experts from Germany, led by Dr. Klews Peter-Michael (D & K Technologies).
Particular attention at the seminar was devoted to problems of brachytherapy planning for prostate cancer treatment under the control of ultrasound.
